We like to think our Outsider team is a decent group of folks.  We're a small bunch of people obsessed with gearing-up for every trip we take. We're also the manufacturers of our chairs and most of the other products we create. We think about systems and quality and value, but we also like not thinking about that stuff and living our Outsider life on the trail, on the boat, or with our kids. 

There aren't a lot of us on the Outsider company team-Luke, Jake, and Richard, and a few others here in the States, and Colin, Maurice and a great support team back in Asia, but we've traveled the world, we live to be Outsiders, and we're completely invested in making unique gear that brings value to our Outsider Family, while also being conscientious about our impacts to the world.  

We love being part of a Family.  Families have people who screw up, who do crazy things, who make a lot of money, who spend a lot of money, who are good parents, or good friends, or just nut jobs.  But that's what makes life and Family special and we embrace it.  People are people, whether they live in the US, France or China-trust us, we've been all over the place.  People and Families everywhere need the same things: trust, security, love, food, play, fun.  Funny in a way, that our name is Outsider, but we all really want to be inside a Family. 

Can we do better on certain things?  Always. So, let us know how we're doing--we promise to do better every day.
