WHOLESALE CONDITIONS:
Wholesale pricing, orders, and account access are at the sole approval and discretion of Outsider (a brand of Yotrio Corporation). All pricing, terms, conditions, and accounts are subject to change or cancellation at any time. Wholesale pricing is allowed for approved accounts and channels only, which do not include third-party resellers (i.e. ebay, Amazon.com, walmart.com etc.). Reselling to an unapproved third party is strictly prohibited. We appreciate your support and interest, but at this time we do not offer wholesale terms to online-only retailers. Outsider maintains and enforces a MAP policy. By submitting the Dealer Application Form, you agree to follow the conditions of this policy.

WHOLESALE TERMS:

All items must be ordered here on our website. To obtain wholesale pricing each item must also be purchased in case-pack quantities as outlined below. In addition to the wholesale pricing offered, an additional discount will be granted based on the amount ordered at retail value to increase the margin you can achieve. All orders must be paid for at the time of placement. Sales are subject to product availability. All sales are final and returns will not be accepted.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS:

Volume discounts will be granted in addition to the wholesale pricing offered per the schedule below. All discounts are based on single order volume. Discount tiers are based on the retail dollar equivalent of your order and discount percentages are taken off of the retail price. Discounts will be automatically applied in your shopping cart upon checkout.

*Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with any other sale discounts.

SHIPPING:

Customer pays for shipping from our warehouse located at 603 S Church St, Suite 100, Mooresville, NC 28115. Our system will quote available shipping options that may be selected.
